We had a big room with a fan and a safe, and our own bathroom that was spacious! The staff were really kind and welcoming!

Great stay for cyclists - they have a locked bike room and a lift to the upper floors. The reception staff were great, the room modern, the wifi good, the bed comfy and there was plenty of hot water. Town is only a 5 minute walk and Ulm has a lot to see in its historic altstadt - it even has the old town walls to walk along the Danube. We stayed two nights and would love to stay again. Breakfast was excellent both mornings.

Location close to city centre is fine. Beds are good size and comfortable, but pillows are really thin. Breakfast is good and there is a lot to choose from including a Greek flavour. Reception is friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and windows blocked out street noise pretty well (ear plugs were provided though). Breakfast was good - could even drink the coffee without sugar! It's a few minutes walk from the main station and trams as well as the river and fisherman's quarter.

very pleasant terrace for eating and drinking, including breakfast with birdsong accompaniment. nice breakfast. room and bathroom clean and well equipped. located very near hauptbahnhof and also close to the Munster, the old town and the river which is a beautiful place to spend a summer evening staff are very courteous and friendly and helpful.

Location. Big balcony. The staff were very accommodating. We got in late due to train strikes and there was someone there to greet us. There was a elevator.

Staff: from the receptionist to the waiter, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They create a very homey atmosphere. Breakfast: better than expected! There's something for everyone and very nicely presented. Room: simple but clean Location: everything is reachable by foot.

Room was very clean and furnished in a fairly basic style. We opted to buy breakfast and there was a good choice of meats, fruit, etc. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ulm is very beautiful and it was lovely to be able to walk to the centre in a couple of minutes. Parking in garage useful.

Breakfast was good and well laid out, location was fine and the room had all we needed. Bed was comfy. You can wander into the old town and there are many restaurants to choose from. There is an elevator to bring you to the higher levels which is comfy if you have suitcases to carry.

Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Outstanding location few minutes from the main square of the city center. Very clean and bright rooms. Excellent value for money!
